Hacky holidays! ~Incredible Edible Snow Globes~ You will need... Sugar Cookie dough Flour Rolling pin 2 circle cookies cutters (one slightly larger) Square cookie cutter Parchment paper lined baking sheet Spatula ¼ corn syrup ½ sugar Sprinkles Glass measuring cup Fork INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out sugar cookie dough on floured surface. Cut out a large circle, transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheet. Use the smaller circle cookie cutter to cut out the center. Cut out a square cookie, then trim the top with the circle cookie cutter. Transfer to your baking sheet and attach to the circle cookie with your fingers. Bake according to your package instructions. In a glass measuring cup combine your corn syrup and sugar. Use a fork to stir it until it resembles wet sand. (Get a parent to help) microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Let cool for a minute. Microwave for another minute. Once your cookie has cooled, on a piece of parchment paper, pour your sugar glass mixture into the center of the cookie. Hold your cookie in place while your pour. While still wet add your sprinkle decorations. ~Tree Trimming Treats~ You will need...
